Mat Steinwede is just about as good as they get

This guy seriously amazes me. Let me tell you a few things about MAt that he probably would be too humble to say himself.

Mat flew up to meet and interview me once and this was before I knew jhust how ‘superstar’ this guy is in our business. Suffice to say on that day, he made me feel like the most important bloke in the industry, so how can you help but love a guy like that. If he is anything like that at building rapport with his clients and customers no wonder he is at the top of his game.

I was interviewing MAt recently for my CD of the month members, and he told me he is changing to a brand new area, and his goal was to be McGrath’s #1 agent in the next 12 months working 5 days a week, and if anyone can do it, MAt can.

He also put me onto a great book by Gary Vaynerchuck, called ‘Crush It’ and boy is Mat walking the talk of that book. His community at www.matsteinwede.com is a masterclass of what Gary was talking about.

So Mat goes around the country, (in his spare time from being a multi million dollar listing and selling, full time real estate agent) as a coach, trainer, mentor, and interviewer, adding to the real estate industry in every way he can, often for little or no money.

On a side note, if you are reading this around the time it was written, MAt is doing a one day workshop, for 25 younger (in experience, not necessarily in years) down in Sydney. If you want to do better in your career, simply….GO !!!
