Mat would have to be one of the greatest success stories of all time in Real Estate. When you hear where he comes from, what he’s done and where he is now, you truly are left totally inspired to do great things knowing that nothing is impossible! I would strongly recommend anyone that ever gets to the opportunity to meet the guy to drop everything and do so, regardless of what it costs! Put it this way, now that I look back on the day, we paid peanuts when you consider that we learnt the complete system of a $2.5M a year earner.
And now you’re going to put a day on whereby we not only get Mat but McGrath AND Gilmour? Just about every agent in the country should be coming to it!

Mat Steinwede is one of the folks I follow and emulate. When Mat, and others like him, give me a piece of advice, I do it first, then decide whether it's a good idea or not after it's implemented.
I also had a goal years ago just to meet John McGrath, now to be sharing a stage with these three people, is an honour. I'm just glad I'm going first as I wouldn't want to follow them.

"2 months in the industry"
'I only started 3 months ago and the first month was a bit of a write off as you can imagine, getting systems learned and how to upload a listing and similar admin type duties.
So in the first two months of actual work, I managed to book and see 20 appraisals, list 12 properties, 8 of the with good marketing budgets, and sold five. I know these numbers may not be much compared to some of the others in Glenn's coaching program, but in this market, from what I've heard, I'm stoked.
And I'm just warming up. Watch this space'

You should be charging more for it. This is priceless material for all real estate agents old and new. Maybe the industry would be at a much higher standard if more people listened to your stuff and acted upon it.
