In one way or another, everyone wanted to know what the top guns are going to be doing differently...what they will continue to do and what they'll be stopping doing.

- What prospecting strategies do you encourgae your team to use?
I'm not sure what John or MAt's answer to this will be, but I do know what mine and Chris' will focus around.
I will certainly leave no stone unturned in this area. My big, fat, audacious goal is for have you to be able to once and for all, GIVE UP PROSPECTING. Yup, to create a multi pronged marketing system so your phone rings a few times every single day with people saying, 'Can you come and sell my home?'
So eliminating the need for prospecting.
And I'm sure the guys will have some kick butt techniques for doing some prospecting to keep the cashflow ticking over until the system is installed.
- Keeping momentum and mindset in check during changing market conditions
Whether you are struggling, going ok, or kicking butt, I think we'd all agree the market has been different, and if you've had any challenges keeping momentum, keeping your attitude in check and your mindset positive, then this event will definitely be for you.
Many people directed this question at John McGrath, and I personally can't wait for his take on how he is keeping the culture of his brand and sales teams moving forward and exapnding while those around his downsize or, worse still, close the doors.
