In a small regional town of approx 6,000 people which already has 8 real estate companies, how does a newby compete with this, starting out in their own business. What low cost marketing strategies would you suggest and how do I go about getting those listings.
Great question Kazz. Keep an eye on upcoming video, but start with building your database.
Set up a system for attracting clients to you as the only logical choice. We call this a marketing system, or marketing funnel. (I’ll send you a free CD on doing that)
Then a system for converting them well, predictably, using a brilliant sales process.
Then sell them with skill at the highest price possible. (negotiation training)
Then stay in touch with the herd when they don’t need your services on a regular basis, preferably using automation of some kind.
If you get these four systems set up, I can promise you, NO ONE in these other 8 companies has this stuff systemised. Secret shop them (send in your son or something to an open house of theirs) and see how little you’re up against.

Hi Glenn just wanted to tell you know your videos and training are exellent , i dont have your dvd’s because i dont have a credit card and the only way to pay is with credit ( would be good if you could setup a terminal for other payment option like paypal or debit aswell ) anyway im still studing in real estate diploma but after watching your videos on youtube i got so much better and confident that the teachers think im working in realestate or i have worked as an agent before loool , exellent information thanks

Firstly, thanks for the website and videos.
My question: I am new to real estate sales (8 weeks). For prospecting I have been targeting people that currently have their houses for sale. Soemone told me today that there is etiquette between other agency’s where you are not meant to take their listings. Does this mean I am only to find New Listings in which the vendor does not have the property listed with another agency?
