Understood Pete, just get the best listings well priced and watch em line up at the door. Mindsets in communities are hard to change, but, as they used to say in the 80's show 'Knight Rider,'

'ONE MAN CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE.'

We've already seen businesses out your way changing the way they do business DIRECTLY as a result of your work and skills. I love it. Doing great mate, keep it up.

Yes I firmly agree with 50/50 Conjunctions because it is definitely in the best interest of your seller. Unfortunately in my area I send out invites to all agents offering this and so far I have never had a conjunction on my exclusive listings. I am hoping to eventually have all the good listings and then they will bring the buyers my way. Good in theory anyway.
