I am having a problem with how often should I ring someone. Cold calls are good, warm calls are better. I have done a few appraisals over time. Some looking at coming on soon, some later some in a year or so some were just being nosey. How often should I ring them all. I dont want to be annoyed but I dont want to miss the listing. Help!!!!
